JOB DESCRIPTION: Tompkins Cortland Community College seeks a dynamic and engaging full-time tenure track faculty member with a focus on student success and retention. Position includes 15 credits per semester in Psychology courses. These credits may involve teaching face-to-face, remote, day, evening, online, hybrid, and HyFlex courses. Courses will include introductory psychology as well as developmental psychology courses. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to maintain, develop, and update course curricula and work on and possibly lead initiatives for future development. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides coordination and support for Baker Center for Learning (BCL) services promoting access and academic success for students with disabilities. Acts as one of the College's designated contacts for determination of appropriate academic adjustments and auxiliary aids and services for students with disabilities. Responsibilities include skilled social justice model interviewing of students; interpretation of psycho-educational, medical, and other disability-related documentation; evaluation of academic adjustment/auxiliary aids and services needs; coordination of appropriate academic adjustments, coaching, advising, and other direct services; training for staff; and program development to address diverse student learning needs. POSITION OFFERED: Director of Auxiliary Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Auxiliary Operations (DOAR) will be a strategic partner to the Vice President for Finance & Administration. The DOAR will provide operational leadership and administrative oversight of the auxiliary operations of the College, including the TC3 Foundation and its subsidiaries: Coltivare, TC3 Farm, Residence Halls, and the extension centers in Ithaca and Cortland, in support of the mission of the College and success of students. The DOAR is responsible for the operational activities and financial and administrative reporting for all Foundation activities. The DOAR ensures that comprehensive policies, procedures, and controls are in place and maintained. In consultation with the Vice President for Finance & Administration, the DOAR is responsible for the financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budget preparation, and annual audit functions for the TC3 Foundation, TC3 Bistro, and TC3 Farm in conjunction with the outside auditing firm.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or other related field, or a combination of education and related relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner. Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously with the ability to prioritize. POSITION OFFERED: Vice President for Enrollment Management

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Vice President of Enrollment Management is the College’s chief enrollment professional who provides leadership, strategic thinking, and in –depth analysis for the College’s enrollment planning and management.  This person is expected to help reimagine and lead traditional enrollment functions in a modern 21st century context. This work will be driven by the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive and vigorous strategic enrollment management plan.  Leads and manages Admissions, Recruitment, Strategic Marketing, Media and Public Relations, Workforce Development and College Now program.  In addition, this position collaborates closely with the Provost’s Office on the Global Initiatives program to ensure that recruitment strategies maximize student outcomes and advance the goals of the College.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of progressive responsibility in enrollment and management functions within an educational system. Demonstrated ability to be a collaborative leader.  Ability to perform with a high degree of diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism. EMPLOYMENT DATE: ASAP TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:

Renewable, Full-Time, 12-Months

JOB DESCRIPTION: Leads fundraising and private philanthropy in support of the College and its students. Manages and facilitates the work of the TC3 Foundation Board operations and development in accordance with Board bylaws, applicable laws and regulations, and best practices. Manages and executes development operations including cultivating and soliciting individual donors, prospect research, researching and writing proposals and foundation grants, developing and managing campaigns, alumni outreach, and special events. Serves as the development officer for all private philanthropic activity of the College.

This position is within the Professional Administrators Union and reports to the President. Candidates must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment. Additionally, maintaining New York State residency will be required for the duration of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of related experience, including direct responsibility for cultivation, stewardship and service of donors, customers or clients, and documented track record of success with achieving results and goals. Two years of supervisory experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Professional experience in higher education or non-profit organizations.

EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $72,778-$109,166  Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. As a College employee, this appointment includes NYS retirement benefit options with a choice of a pension or generous employer match to a 414 retirement plan, attractive Health Care options with 80% of premiums covered by the College, post-retirement health insurance and supportive work-life balance with 16 holidays, 20 vacation and 12 sick days per year along with tuition assistance in addition to other benefits offered by the College.
